OVERVIEW

Thank you for shopping with Gidi Global. Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to handle every situation fairly and transparently.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all food products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left our facility. This includes but is not limited to: Opened or partially consumed packages, Unopened products that has been delivered or taken off-premises.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

We will only issue a refund, credit, or replacement in the following circumstances:

-              Damaged in Transit: The product arrived visibly damaged or crushed.

-              Defective Product: The product is expired or otherwise compromised prior to the best-before date (proof required).

-              Incorrect Item: We accidentally delivered a different product or flavour than what you ordered.

HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please contact us at sales@gidiglobal.co.uk with the following details:

-               Your Order Number

-              A clear description of the issue

-              Photographic evidence of the damaged, defective, or incorrect items

REFUND PROCESS & TIMEFRAME

Once we review and approve your claim, we will process your refund or replacement.

-               Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

-              Replacements: If a replacement is agreed upon, we will expedite the shipping of a new item at no additional cost to you.

-              Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a cash refund, subject to mutual agreement.

 EXCEPTIONS

Items marked as Final Sale or purchased using specific promotional discounts may not be eligible for refunds.
